Strip HTML tags

This will remove all HTML from inserted text.

Exceptions that should not be removed:
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4> <div> <p> <br> <a> <strong> <b> <u> <i> <ul> <ol> <li> <img>

Run html_entity_decode (for example ä is converted to ä)
